The fuel cell vehicle features a nifty reversible PEM fuel cell which can operate as either an electrolyzer or as a fuel cell. In electrolyzer mode it uses solar power to make its own hydrogen fuel from distilled water. Flip a switch into fuel cell mode, and it will consume that hydrogen to power the vehicle. Storage is provided on board for hydrogen and oxygen generated by the electrolyzer. The solar panel and instruction manual are included. USA
